Golden straw colour, and taking on some deeper brandy tones. The nose is powerful peach flambé. Full mouth feel, with the peach balanced by juicy orange and candied apple. It finishes with rock candy - minerally and sweet. If there was oak at some point in time, it's fully integrated now and not apparent. It's not a sharp or angular wine, and there's no hint of citrus. It's moving in the direction of dessert wine territory, which I'm not a fan of, but this works for me.

Good wine, but far more tropical and oaky than I traditionally like. In an evening of chardonnays, I think this was the wine I enjoyed least. Others were 2001 Talbott Sleepy hollow from magnum, Testarossa single vineyard, Tawse single vineyard

I was really impressed with this wine......had it with dungeness crab stufed ravioli in a lemongrass cream sauce....one of the better food and wine pairings I have had. This wine had great texture, fruit, and finish. oak was nicely integrated! Great wine

Deep straw. Some toasty oak on the nose with pinapple, peach, stones, and oak on the palate. Decent acidity and structure. Nice balance and finesse but a little shy on complexity.

This is a lovely, minerally Meursault with a touch of wood framing well-defined tree fruit. Great value. Quite forward. Enjoyable now.
