Even at the end of it's drink window, it was refined, mellow bursting with flavor. Terrific nose and mouthfeel. I wish I had more!

Deep ruby red colour with garnet edges. Pronounced nose with dark plum, raisins, prune, chocolate, cinnamon, vanilla and mint. Pronounced taste of dark plum, raisins, prune, chocolate, cinnamon, black pepper, vanilla and mint. Long and sweet taste. Medium acidity. Light tannins. Full body. A very good LBV that should be drunk now. Goes well with chocolate based deserts or blue cheese.
