Definitely not your every day zin. Has a kind of nouveau feel to it - light flavorful. Its the first wine that I've ever had that has a bottle-cap instead of a cork or screwtop. A unique find.

Zin aged in stainless steel instead of oak. Nose of Beaujolais. Fresh red fruit. Mouth full of berries and a bit of green brambles.nice note of minerals on the finish though lacking the spice characteristic of many zins like due to the lack of oak.nice drink but not likely to age.
