Blend is apparently now majority Chardonnay but still has a raspberry note as well as base lemon which finishes on peach

Sec et filiforme et très fine bulle,
le style me fait presque penser à un extra brut.
Un champagne frais et droit dans ses bottes.
Je suis sûr que ce mousseux se bonifierait bien pour une couple d'années.

Plenty of bready and citrus notes. Very bright palate. Pleasant but much more simple wine overall than expected. (@Home)
