  At first I thought the cork might have been compromised but once I got some cheese on my palate, it cleared up. It started to even out after about an hour of decanting, but I still think this one was past its prime.

  Floral perfume with spice, leather and vanilla notes. Fresh and vibrant acidity with a persistent robust finish that explodes with fresh tangy red fruit coffee and herbs. Just a hint of age so drink up. Its just past its peak.
