Pale straw colour in the glass. Medium bubbles and mild brittle mousse on the pour. Nose of green apples and some tasting brioche and yeast notes. Lovely freshness in the glass and taste of white peach, yeast, brioche and toast with a creamy finish. 6g/l dosage. 100% chardonnay. Disgorged 02/2021. Excellent!
