Very balanced Cab Franc with a nice amount of acidity up front and lots of fruit on the mid-palette. Very little oak on the finish (stainless fermentation??) and it's a bit short on the end but the tannins hold up and don't overpower here. I love Peconic Bay and will support any effort they put out there.
