  Another lovely Vau de Vey, after Fourchaumes one of my favourites premier Cru in Chablis. At the same time, another nice 2006 bottle. Shame for some critics.
  Pale lime colour.
  Honeyed nose plenty flavored with aromas of pastries, sweet lemony or dried hay. Also very mineral.
  On the other hand, palate showed faded yet savoury and finished with that bitter touch we love.
  Good enough for some take-away maki.
  
  Otra rica botella de Vau de Vey, después de Fourchaumes uno de mis premier Cru de Chablis favoritos. A la vez, otra bella botella del 2006. Vergüenza para algunos críticos.
  Pálido color lima.
  Nariz melosa plenamente aromática con olores a pasteles, limones dulces y heno seco. También muy mineral.
  De otra parte, en boca se mostró cansada aunque sabrosa y con ese amargor final que adoramos.
  Bastante bien para un maki-sushi para llevar.
