  Enjoyed with a fantastic, vegan, organic, “live foods” meal at Roxanne’s in Larkspur. The wine was mute when first opened with just a faint woody aroma and taste. However, in about 15 minutes, it obtained a pleasant, fresh baked bread aroma with the taste of crisp green apples. The color was pale gold.
