My last of these three silly bottles, but the best so far. Bright red fruit and orange zest, bit of salinity, nice acidity. Over the hill, but pleasant enough and a great addition to the lamb braising liquid.

Good news: Very pretty frosted bottle. Bad news: It is an 8-year old, slightly-oxidized rose, so the cherries and strawberries have mostly faded in favor of dried orange peels and almonds. Medium acidity, dry.

Does a Beaujolais rose age? Not this one! Nice acidity and the tart red fruit suggest that this was once a nice wine, but now it is old and oxidized.

Nice and fresh and clean, with a nice interesting smoke popping up toward the end. Yes, cherries. Great all rounder.
