  In a perfect stage, peachy fruit, almonds and honey, some petroleum and some deep minerally tones. Quite long, vibrant acidity keeping it fresh and juicy.

  Colour: A lovely deep golden.
  Nose: Lovely, mature Riesling nose, with sweet lemon and lime, cantaloupe, peaches, honey, some petroleum, flint minerality and hints of smoke, almonds and marzipan (90p).
  Taste: The arrival is rather oily and sweet, before rounded lemon freshness, ripe green apples and slight stone fruit bitterness enter. The exit is fruity, fresh and slightly oily, transitioning quickly into a medium long after taste of peaches and some pleasant stone fruit bitterness (88p).
  This Riesling is not very complex but definitely has its charm. It benefits from some hours of air after opening. It is mature and drinks well now. It will probably keep several more years but I'm unsure about the development potential.
  A lovely, well made, very drinkable, mature Riesling! 89 points.

  Nice pedigree being from the Singerriedel. Ripe peach and ripe flower aromas. Rich, but fairly simple. Nowhere the complexity of the Hirtzberger from the same vineyard, but a nice daily drinker at about half the price.
