A terrific OR pinot, with brown spice, flowers, black raspberries on penetrating nose. Very smooth with silky tannins, tons of minerals and wild dark cherries, mocha. A bit disjointed on day 1, but on 3rd day this took off. Reminds me of a great vosne.
Graham cracker and dark fruit on the nose. Cola and earth on the palate. Long lingering tannins, perhaps too long for some but I enjoyed it very much. Probably wait a couple years before I drink my last bottle. Will only get better.

(Shea Wine Cellars Pinot Noir Homer Cuvée) #1; COLOR-dark; NOSE-really nice nose; nice fruit and very candied on the back-end; PALATE-this is spectacular; this is SILK on the back-end; concentrated melted down red fruit and silky smooth; one of the most smooth and elegant Pinot's that also delivers great concentration on the mid-palate that I've come across in a long time; this is not cheap, but stacks up very well against many more expensive Pinots & Burgundy's; the fruit is very bright; the edges are very complex; a mocha/chocolate component on the back-end; GV-93/94
