The Grand Tour - day twelve (Bordeaux): Earthy, leathery and funky with sour red berry fruit, meaty and savoury and a touch of dirty tobacco. IN the mouth there is more red berry that is quite sour, juicy. With time this begins to stray in the direction of vinegar, getting more volatile but remains only sharp and not too pointy. On it's uppers but fascinating to try.
