Slated as our pre-Thanksgiving dinner pinot, I was deeply concerned after reading the 4/13 review indicating the wine was going to be corked. Our one and only bottle of this vintage was perfectly cellared for five years at 57-59 degrees. Popped, poured and tasted quickly to make sure it was worth the 60-90 minute decant. Well worth it! The wine is still quite bright, just the right amount of fruit to balance the slightly relaxed acidity. Notes of plum, coffee and earth add intricacy to a well balanced, gorgeous pinot. Winner!

Probably waited too long to drink this one; Came out of the bottle relatively flat and didn't really improve over the 2h the bottle was open.
