deep dark yellow color, was very tight and somewhat bitter when first opened (for a minute I thought oxidized) no one drank it much for about 4 hours,...it sat opened in the ice bucket...guests had left....was amazed at where this had arrived, like a huge white burgundy, full bodied, nice finish, well integrated, nice mineral balance...wonderful....will try decanting the next one

In the glass a light gold with very faint green hue - a reticent nose of light oak, apple, citrus and almonds. In the mouth good acidity with notes of citrus, oak, grass but the mid palate develops a hollow spot and the finish falls short. A disappointment given the wine making staff at this winery - maybe 2007 will be much better under Luc Morlet.

deep amber color, soft floral & citrus nose, opens nicely over 2-3 hr, fat mid-palate ripe pear, dried apricot w/citrus and floral notes, ample acidity balances throughout, mineral finish with citrus notes (excellent w/AKcrab)
