  I think this would have been a very good Pinot if not for the jammy effervescence. Maybe it's just too old.... Nose is very raspberry. Taste is darker berries, cherries, vanilla, some spice. Would be very full and delicious if not for the effervescence.

  Aroma: roasted beets and cherries, earthy Palate: acidic, sour cherries, walnut skins filled the mouth, cherry coolade, after it smoothed out there was a coffee candy taste. I found it a little confusing. It jumped around too much for me. Still, I was intrigued.
