  • Delicate and complex. A nutty, honeyed nose with cinnamon, and hints of yeast. Rounder, slightly sweeter finish, light acidity. Small, delicate bubbles that faded after 20mins.

    12.5% abv. 80% chard/20% pinot noir.

  • Excellent ... round and very light. Nice yeast taste. Really good at the start and loved it ... but did feel like it faded fairly quickly and the carbonation faded. Became a glass of chard almost. Great at first, but wanted to drink it quickly.

  • Golden
On the nose, mineral, apple, fudge and bisquits.
On the palate, red apples, coffee beans, chocolate, sweet bloodgrape, and a touch of vanilla.
Nice acidity and it will live for years to come
    Medium finish

  • I had high expectations in the wine, last time I had it was at my wedding so I had kept it for a special occasion. I was a bit worried about the wine as I had moved it around a few times when moving apartments so tonight I decided it was time to have it as my brother in law was in town to have dinner with me and my wife.

The Review: On the nose this wine shows alot of mineral, chalk, fudge and bisquits, not as much nose as I had expected but its always hard when you got expectiations. Its hard to live up to.
On the palete the wine really delivers, its new grinded coffee beans, chocolate, sweet Bloodorange, mineral and roasted oak. The wine still has a massive acid so I think it could live for many years. The wine is a bit thin on the finish but lovely.
