  Surprisingly drinking very well. Initially the alcohol was dominant but it seemed to integrate with air and continued to drink well for several days. Beautiful fruit. Very nice with lamb.

  Corked saturated about 50% of the way up. Slight browning visually. Nose has cherry, vanilla and a little heat. Tannins very well integrated. Palate has sweet cherry, vanilla, and citrus. A little heat from the 15% alc but it is not over powering. This must have been a beast when it was released. Should last for several more years but I do not think this one is going to improve much. If I had more, I would drink over the next 2-3 years.

  Elegant, black fruit and earth, smooth tannins. Medium finish with some heat.
