Light yellow, a touch spritzy in appearance. Effusive and delightful if not profound almost bubblegummy (in a good way) aromas. Lightly crunchy and not too thought provoking (or consuming) in the mouth. Such a fun bottle and yet such a modest wine.

Very pale, almost white in the glass. The nose gave off melon, slight peach, and a herbal component underneath the fruit. Kind of a bland nose though; a theme that would continue throughout the wind drinking experience. On the front of the palate you get hit with a burst of minerality, followed by some nice acidity, and then peach. But these flavors are all kind of muted. The finish is citrus, slight spice, and is a decent length. Not bad. A nice, crisp summer wine. This paired well with our fennel spice rubbed chicken.

fairly simple one-dimensional wine. high acidity and very dry, with notes of grapefruit -- some slate notes underpin this, but fairly modest. short finish is a bit sour.

strong notes of peach and nectarine on the nose. on the palate we find a strong bent toward lemon underpinned with grapefruit. slight effervescence. nice acidity. slight heat on the finish. overall a nice wine.

Paired with lentil soup. A bit of acidity up front immediately turned to nice gravel. Enough minerality that it left my mouth feeling almost powdery after the finish.
