This was very interesting wine in that it completely makes sense for what it is. It has braun you would expect from a Cannubi Barolo, but the flavor of a barbara. Drank over 3 nights and loved trying it. It was good, but I am not really sure what to do with it because it does not scratch the Barbera itch or a Piedmont nebbiolo-type itch.

simple and straightforward fruit at first, but after it was open for an hour and a half, this blossomed nicely, developing an expansive nose with some spice, and layers of spice on the palate, including hints of cinnamon. Good length and balance as well. Too bad that most of it was already gone by that point.

Nice delicate floral nose. Great full flavor, spicy. Great balance and mouthfeel. Solid finish. Awesome QPR wine!
