This is I believe is the finest Argentina Malbec I have tasted to date! A well structured wine has occurred in a relatively short period of time. Who knows how good it can be with 6 to 8 years of cellaring Color: Inky black. Aroma: Ripe blackberry and blueberry all surrounded by caramel and violets. Tasting Notes: blueberries, coffee, vanilla, and dark chocolate leading to a nice long finish…..

I actually only bought this because it shares it's name with my girlfriend, but I was very pleasently surprised and I wish I had bought more. Wonderful wine with a lot of fruit like you would expect from a New World wine, but also nicely balanced. I would gladly pay more than the $25 I did for this bottle.

Carpe Vino!; 11/9/2014-11/15/2014 (Tuscany (Florence, Montalcino, Siena)): 90% Malbec, 9% Merlot, 1% Petit Verdot. Drank this after a bunch of Tuscany wines (Brunello and some IGTs). This wine just tasted 'grape-y' in comparison. Not really as complex. Definitely not my wine.

Full bodied and very ripe with slightly sweet tannins and velvety texture. Lots of blackcurrants on the nose. Very good. Recommended!
