Light and thin, not a lot of fruit on nose or palate, more struck by green pepper type qualities. With food, i do appreciate more fruit and less "greenery". For 15$ it is not bad, but not my style. I enjoyed much more the other Bonarda i tried yesterday from Chakana.

Very pleasant medium bodied red enjoyed earlier tonight with Kim, good CT friend neighborbill and spouse Debbie at the monthly Hickory Wine Shoppe tasting in Hickory NC - our first bonarda. Good mouth feel, medium bodied, well balanced, no off tones. Nose initially tight and closed with development of primarily dark cherry and plum bouquet. Primary flavors included granite, plums, both dark and red cherry. Reasonable QPR at this price point.

Red ruby like inky kind with purple notes. Forest fruits with medium intensity on the nose. Medium body with good balance, medium acidity, and some jelly plum. This is a young and fair enough wine.

Excelente sabor a ciruelas con toques de pimienta y un paladar con taninos suaves y maduros. Recomendado
