Light yellow. Nose of petrol, sulfur. Typical young Prüm. Taste of ripe peaches, minerals, beautiful balance between sweetness and acidity. Wait another 5 to 10 years. Ponential for 2-3 additional points.

These younger Prüms were a bit difficult, too, after such a range of drinkable and mature ones. This was very ripe and sugary, and I like the components in them though my usual preference is for leaner Riesling. But they will all need decades to calm down and come together.

This is a baby, but wow is it delicious. White pit fruit and a touch of floral with overtones of green herbs and apricots. Amazingly full and round mouth feel with vibrant acidity to match the residual sugar. Balanced, long finish that floats along effortlessly.
