  After almost 24 years this bottle showed up the potential of Corvina. At the nose blackberry, dried figs, smokey scents. Complex, perfectly balanced and still young with jammy cherries, chocolate and licorice notes. Very good .

  Liknar på äldre dar ett torrt portvin, precis som Allegrinis amarone. Varma jordgubbar och körsbär, kryddor, torkad frukt, svart te och läder uppstramat av viss syrlighet och sammetslika tanniner. Ett riktigt framför-brasan-vin men gjorde inte bort sig alls till pepparsteken.

  Dense layers of sweet dark cherrie fruit, great symmetry, and refreshing acidity. Remarkably youthful, with only hints of secondary notes. This beauty will last for at least another 10 years. Great effort indeed, and very enjoyable at this stage. 95+

  2017 New York Wine Experience Trip; 10/16/2017-10/25/2017 (New York City, NY): Comprised of 100% Corvina, this deep garnet wine flaunts aromas and flavors of dried cherries, walnuts, Mediterranean herbs and exotic spices. Full-bodied, freshly acidic, seamlessly alcoholic (14.5%) and with medium-weight residual tannins, it is layered and dense on the mid-palate, finishing with medium length.
