  Concentrated fruit and crushed violet. Creamy, thick, and sweet, almost liqueur-like with fully resolved tannins and no noticeable alcohol. At its best two hours after decanting, then declined slowly after that. Good now and not likely to improve.

  Popped and poured thru a venturi. Good immediately and continued to improve til finished. Recommend two hours in decanter.
