Flower Day - the cork disintegrated as I pulled it but fortunately none got into the bottle. Poured gold into the glass with aromas of orange, citrus, mineral, basil (?) and just a tiny bit of baked apple. On the palate it’s rich and mouthfilling (almost oily) with medium plus acidity and flavours of citrus, orange, salinity and herbs. I was sure this was done but it’s drinking pretty well right now with a long finish of citrus and minerals.

Root Day - this baby is still singing!! Gold in colour now with a huge hit of fresh apple juice on the nose (lots of discussion about which brand...). However, there's also citrus and some white peach still lingering there. On the palate the richness comes through with beautiful salinity and good weight. Flavours of apple, bruised apple, citrus, pineapple with salinity and minerality continuing. Definitely at full maturity (surprised me it is still so alive) but very much a drink now.

Big white. Complex nose - from barnyard to pine forest to lumber yard. Rich mouth. Good acid. Seacoast minerality. Long finish

A bit disappointing. Muted, mineral and floral flavors with good balance.
