  I like my wine aged, but this went a bit too far. Very drinkable but lacking in the nuance and character you'd want with an 18 y.o. Selyem. More dried fruit and low acidity than I like. No real earthiness either. Probably should have had this a few years ago.

  Popped and poured. Good fill height. Great cork condition
  
  Nose was trace burnt rubber and sulphur. Most dominant aroma was juxtaposition of dark cherry and black fruits. Palate showed nice acidity; silky Selyem textures and cherry skins. Finish was medium length with trace burnt sulfides.
