the oxidation creeps into this, like a thief in the night... it is a perfecty decent bottle of wine but damaged by the POX, particularly on the front of the palate.

The nose is crushed rock / gravel with a sweet, honeysuckle floral sent at the end. Taste is cassis, vanilla, pear, and caramel. Lovely, probably a bit past its prime.
