I have had this wine numerous times before. I have loved this wine in the past. Recently got this at a Skinner auction. I do not think it was stored properly. Disappointing wine. Drank 2 bottles out of a 10 bottle lot. Hopefully this was an anomaly

Tasted 6 wines with a small group: 4 of 6, this was double blind.
- Med, garnet, slight bricking
- Savory, grilled veggies note, maybe slightly ashy, bell pepper but not too prominent, dark fruit, plum/prunes, milk chocolate, eucalyptus
- Med body, med acidity, med tannins, med mineral finish
I guess Loire valley cab franc with some bottle age. Pretty far off and really enjoyed this wine.

Black and red fruit. Balanced and smooth. Tobacco, cedar, and pencil shavings. Lovely wine
