  Nose: Blackberries, blueberries, leather, some barnyard.
  Taste: Some fruit and fruit sweetness left, medium light body, some tannins. Mature. Nice with meat and rich sauce. Drink up.
  08.11.2015: On day 2 after opening the barnyard is gone from the nose which is now more pure fruit, including blackcurrant. The taste is also slightly more structured and seems slightly younger and fresher than yesterday.
