Lychee and grapefruit on the nose with bitter edged grapefruit on the palate. Typical Gewurtz medium weight with nice mouth feel. Paired with an Asian dinner it complemented the meal perfectly, cutting through the spice/heat.
My bottle was in good shape - I have to wonder after reading several of the other reviews if that could be the problem?
I know that this is entry level for Trimbach, but its a solid example of what this grape is/does.
