  Særlig når man får denne i glasset blir det tydelig at 09 ikke var helt på topp. 07 er et helt annet dyr. Vidåpen og krystallklar Raveneau-nese.
  
  Nesten ingen merkbar utvikling, helt utrolig at dette er en 15 år gammel kommunevin!
  
  Vårlig blomstereng med bier i sving på duft. Gul og deilig frukt. Strammere i munn - slank og crisp.

  Medium gold color. Light hints of smoke, steel, yellow apple peel, jasmine, lime zest. Medium+ body, acidity slowly builds from a prickly lemon peel, kumquat, river rocks and then smooths out for a finish with white pepper, unripe peach, apricot pit. Going on well at 12 years.

  Brilliant golden color, haunting nose of mineral and smoke.
  Spectral multi-layered rich citrus flavors, constantly evolving, constantly changing, beautifully balanced, long long aftertaste.
  In a peak drinking window, but still young.
  
  Delicious.

  Consumed over two nights. Good from the start, but perhaps better on night two. It's amazing how slowly these seem to age. Based on this bottle, no rush to drink (it might even continue to improve).

  Always a great "value", wow, loaded with truffley lime seashell and sea foam.. So balanced, nice.
