Pale lemon. Slightly more complex nose (compared to the Brut Tradition) with citrus, yeast and biscuits. Citrus, brioche and minerals on the palate. Medium (+) length.

40% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Meniur - on its lees for 4 years.
Slightly darker yellow compared to the Brut Tradition with a more complex nose of white fruit, brioche and cheese! Acidic, light to medium bodied with a palate of brioche, pears and apples. Short to medium length.
