  Brought by Matt N. What a surprise. The nose started out with almost confectionery elements: sweet, creamy, candied roses. Then a chewy-herbal-menthol element took over. Very menthol and plummy on the palate. Chewy, meaty. Delicious spicy old-school cab: rough but delicious. Great mouthfeel, plush and full but not loose at all. Solid finish: Nose - 5.5/6, Palate - 5/6, Finish - 4.5/6, Je Ne Sais Quoi - 1.5/2 = 16.5/20.
