  Tannins are hanging in there, but not overwhelming. Decent fruit, began to balance after one hour decant.

  Delicious, elegant. Smooth with tannins subdued. Hint of smoke which was very, very nice. Ready to drink.

  We drank this bottle with lambfile and potato gratin. Good wine but still slightly crisp and some tannins still there. Need another year in the cellar.
