That's the way we're doing... Umami to the bone. That pleasant sensation you can't deny in every glass. Of course this is an extraordinary Verdicchio just ready to be enjoyed with or without food.
Y así seguimos... Una constante sensación placentera umami que no puedes negar en cada copa. Por supuesto este es un verdicchio extraordinario simplemente listo para ser disfrutado con o sin comida

Umami factor is really present here. Well-aged ten years old Verdicchio. Biscuity, nutty nose. Scented perfumed, sexy and feminine. Aromas of hay and almonds. At this point, little carbonic on the palate. Good length. Matching tallarini in green pesto sauce. 85? Probably those bottles were drunk too soon.
Aparece claramente el sentido umami. Una Verdecchio bien envejecida de casi diez años. Nariz a bizcochos y a frutos secos. Botella de un perfume especiado, sexy y femenina. Aromas a heno y almendras. En este momento, un poco carbónica en boca. De buena longitud. Maridando unos tallarines en salsa de pesto verde. ¿Sólo un 85? Probablemente esas botellas se bebieron demasiado pronto.
