How is this so good ? Elegant, fresh as a daisy and yet seems at peak with tertiary aromas and flavours. Could drink the whole bottle without batting an eyelid

Tasted blind. Light dirty crimson red, translucent edges, nose of sour candied cherries. Tightly structured, lovely acidity and dried leaves, hint of button mushroom. Damn good.

Very nice, elegant, perfumy with forest, pine, red berries, good concentration, everything in its place. this was good, until I tasted the 2003. Zachy's Burg Wine Dinner at AOC.
