Method: Drank out of Grassl Mineralite; started at 52 degrees; consumed over about 2 hours
Look: nice medium+ gold; the glass doesn't really showcase the bubbles, but they appeared steady, decently strong, and small
Nose: vanilla, poached pear, cream, caramel, butter scotch; expressive and lovely nose
Palate: bruised apple pie, brioche, pear, vanilla, butterscotch, cream, soft minerals; long finish of minerals and a hint of vanilla; medium- strength small bubbles -- pretty much the perfect strength of bubbles, which fade fairly quickly in the mouth; full- body; dry+; medium- acid; the wine gets a bit better as it warms and even starts to show just the faintest hint of mushroom.
Overall thoughts: A really great sparkling wine in the rich, full style I love. Amazing value, especially as it can stand against Champagne going for several times the price. I'd love to find more.

Wonderful sparkling wine. NIce golden color to it. Nose of baked bread, pear and maybe a bit of orange. very light and crispy with some green apples really coming through on the palate. Nice, long finish to this that kept us coming back for more.

Drank @ Meridith's, golden in color with yeast and apple on the nose. Lots of acidity with a yeast component and pear, nice finish. Very good!
