  • Wish I had more of these. This wine has held up better than I would have thought. Seriously undervalued.

  • What a wonderful surprise! Low expectations on opening this bottle as part of cellar clearing of New World cabs, but.........opaque garnet with scant clearing at rim. Nose with lovely aroma of black fruits, currants and more currants. On the palate, perfectly integrated acidity and soft tannins to support the dark fruits. All fruit, no complexity, but so well balanced! Absolutely perfect with a sear/roasted fillet and pan roasted potatoes. Vacu-vined remainder of bottle and tried on day 3; unfortunately quite porty and almost totally shot.

Drink soon and enjoy. Ultimate top ten QPR if perfect storage.
