  Out of 3L Carried all of 100m from the cellar to Bercau.

  Again olive tapenade, and a deep cool herbal perfume. This is surprisingly fresh and light on its feet for a '97. It has expansive texture and palate density without any heaviness. A lovely mix of savory, fruit and meatiness, while remaining quite graceful. Some dark almost iodine notes come in on the palate. A dark and ripe but terribly well balanced wine. One of the best 97s I've had recently. Thanks Fabio!
