  • A rich, floral perfume - a heady aroma. Frizante on the tip of the tongue, and a full texture, a good mix of dryness and a pleasant, semi-bitter finish. A heavy white, not particularly food friendly and bit hot on the finish, but very enjoyable. 85-86pts.

  • Big nose of tart fruit, like a robust sauv blanc. Far more subtle on the tongue than the nose. Tart melon flavors, and tingly at the front. Smooth and round as it finishes. Very mild but not boring, anything bigger than delicate whitefish would be too much I think.

  • Pleasant if not with quite the body one would expect from a more ambitious bottling, but with some pleasant creamy apricot and almond notes. Some astringency somewhere in the middle/end but not so much that it feels disjuncted. A minerality which is more sequential than in symphony with the fruity, nutty flavor palette. Went quite well with a grilled salmon, with mango-ginger-lemon glaze, accompanied by some boiled potatoes, edamame dressed up with mint/lemon/canola oil and some white asparagus.

  • Delicious Italian white blend. Fresh aromas of straw, citrus peel, some banana, and salt-spray. Like the citrusy palate, which has shades of banana and a green acidity at the core that is mouth-watering. Great with shellfish, salads, hot weather. Trebbiano, Malvasia, Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco, and Pinot Grigio.

  • Light straw yellow with lightly golden notes; med. consistent and crystalline;
    Intense-, med. complex and fine at nose. Fruity (some agrumes and maybe banana); Flowery; Vegetal (Herbaceous)
    Dry, med. alcoholic (12%), and rounded; good acidity and minerals with almondy finish; Good body
    Med. intense and med. persistent. Fine; lightly fruity at taste (banana???), with GOOD EQUILIBRIUM and HARMONY;
    A nice wine, very clean and technically perfect, but with poor personality.

    Trebbiano e Malvasia 70%, Chardonnay e Pinot Grigio 30%
