A very good bottle indeed. I think this one was timed perfectly; soft tannins, smooth transitions from initial attack to mid-palate to finish. Fruit still very nice, blue fruit less prominent than when the wine was young. Recommend drinking in the next year, if you can wait that long!

Very nice elegant body with primarily red cherry flavors. Although light bodied still a decent medium length finish. A little overwhelmed by heavier foods, but this is a red you can easily pair with mild chicken and seafood dishes. Think Pinot Noir, but a more straight forward pure fruit cherry flavor. I particularly enjoyed it with some mild nutty/salty cheeses. I normally prefer wine with food, but this one was best all by it's own. A little more tannins coming through the second day as well as a touch of oak flavors, but still predominantly an elegant, very balanced structure with red cherry on the palate.

Another lovely Mourvedre-based wine from Twisted Oak. The expected blueberry flavors are present, along with some smoky notes. Nice balance between forward fruit and structure.

Similar notes as before. Very good early on but this bottle faded after 1 1/2 and became a bit simple and thin.
