Light yellow in color. Very youthful aromas of white orchard pit fruits, orange blossom, white florals, hint of iodine and limestone. A rich mouthfeel somehow gives way to laser focused yellow citrus, white flesh peaches, orange oil, tons of minerals, excellent acidity and a very long floral and chalk tinged finish. This is just fabulous, what a huge upside surprise.

Pale yellow in color. Shows restrained burgundian aromas of yellow pit fruits, lemon, toast and sesame seeds. Linear, focused palate reveals a beam of tart-sweet yellow citrus, honey, excellent acidity and a long sesame tinged and mineral laden finish. This bottle is still very young.

Almost five years since my last bottle. Prior notes still apply. Has lost a bit of vitality, but is perhaps a bit more food friendly. Burgundian style. Probably starting to fall out of its prime drinking window.
