  • This 2007 Tempranillo is deep purple in color. Aromas of Blackberries, Fig, Blood Oranges, Hot Chocolate, and Soil. If you dropped Wild Berry Pop-Tarts, Terry's Chocolate Orange, Nestle Quick Mix, and Green Tree Bark in a blender that's what I get on the nose. Flavors of Oak, Plum, Blackberry, Cherries, Walnuts, and Pepper on the palate. There is also a hint of Orange. I get sour cherry and oak on the finish. Round tannins, a little dry with some nice acidity.

  • Dark purple color. Lots of blackberry in the aromas, with blackberry and black cherry fruit flavors. A bit of milk chocolate in the aftertaste. Fruit-forward and new world in style. Slightly too jammy for my taste in Tempranillos, but a nicely made affordable wine that will appeal to many. Great with burgers on the grill.

  • dark ruby colored. nose of rasberries, bit of spice, and some toast. lighter bodied with smooth tannins, kind of high acidity. ripe rasberry fruit, albeit a bit thin, with some toast and spice notes. not bad for the price. good rice and beans wine, but nothing to really drink on its own.
