  • A hint of sweetness (but could have been a lingering effect from the corn soup), bright acidity and a clean fruit flavor, a bit of green apple I think, and a long finish. Really nice!

  • Light to medium gold color. Classicly Chablis nose with lots of minerality and wet stone, and lemony fruit (and guava notes?) on the nose. The palate is a little less classic.. lemon/lime fruit I sometimes associate with New Zealand Sauvignon, but on the mid-palte the fruit embeds itself comfortably in a mineral and acid structure that lends both focus and a clean stone/lemon aftertaste. Light to medium bodied, very refreshing and enjoyable. The finish rebounds and lingers for 25+ seconds.

  • Pale straw color. Exuberant nose of green apples, lemons and tons of minerals/crushed stone. Green apples, pears and lemons attack on the palate, before the strong minerality takes over. Good precision and length, in a fairly light bodied format. The lemon/mineral flavors linger nicely. Very Chablis, and a fine wine.

(Christian Moreau Chablis) Nice and light but with great concentraton for such a humble wine. Reeks of minerals. Great ripeness and a silky mouthfeel. Great QPR.
