  Dark garnet slightly oranged rim, dense opaque glistening shiny healthy appearance. Earthy, toasty, warm mushroom notes, medium legs slightly fast. Bright red fruits deliciously balanced and beautiful. Medium finish. A mature CA cab that is so refined in its structure and flavors, lovely.
  Notes from the label: grown in clay loam limestone, rolling hills 800-1000 ft elevation; 11 months French and American oak; dry medium intensity with berry like fruit character
