From two glasses. Yeah, does what you want Prosecco to do just fine. Grapey/citrusy and sprtizy, and with a bit of bite. If it's out there for ~11USD, a nice buy.

2019 Hennepin Lake Charity Event (Minneapolis, MN): Never had a Prosecco I loved and this is no exception. Chalk, floral and lemon. Short to medium finish. Not terrible but too many other options out there under $20.

Use this relatively dry Prosecco to make a Kir Royale and celebrate this summer! Add 1 part Creme de Cassis (preferably from France, others are cheaper but make the drink taste like a chemical-laced science experiment) to 9 parts Prosecco, and enjoy!
Oh yeah, about the Prosecco: it's sealed with a bottle cap, does it even need a tasting note? Low alcohol (8%), check; bubbles, check; cold, check. Do I want another Kir Royale? Check!

Mionetto Prosecco (My Place - Washington, DC): Peachy-keen on the nose, with white flowers and apple sauce notes. Showing a lot of crispness on the palate, with green apple and nectarine, some slight seashell and minerals on the finish. Interesting mineral notes add some complexity. Bottled under crown cap closure.

Aromas of herbs and pears carry through to the palate, with supporting acidity. Smooth and easy.
