Fantastic bottle of Amarone - everything you should expect from this very individual style of Italian wine - very soft on tannins - excellent mouthfeel - perfect with grilled steak and roasted root veggies - if you have any, drink it now. Wish we had a lot more.

Drank at a tasting with 7 other Amarone. Strong nose and palate of wild strawberry. Among the 8 wines, this one stood out as the favorite of most of the tasters.

Black ruby, opaque. Incredibly concentrated, towering aromas to cut with a knife, black fruit and chocolate, very smooth, with mineral quality. Palate is quite sweet, more in American style - powerful, blackberries, prunes and minerals, light spice. Finish is continuing sweetness, closer to prune liqueur. Lack of acidity makes wine flabbier, still grippy tannins, also in finish. Medium length. Atypical for Tedeschi. VG. Vertical tasting at Chic'N'Quick in Milan.

Medicinal. Did not like the flavor profile here, all though it is well made.
