From magnum. A very young wine with strong oak that requires 45 minutes of airtime to recede somewhat. The Cabernet Sauvignon lends a more forceful tannic presence than one would expect. Ripe fruit, wood, and some soil notes but little else at this point. Requires more time in the bottle and a long decant if drinking now. Should be better in a few years but likely living within a range at this point. Consumed with duck breast; a better wine with food than without. 88+
