  I can't get tired of these Muller-Catoirs. Straw yellow with a hint of gold. Intense mineral nose. One of those wines where you can smell the acidity. It is light and focused on the palate. There are flavors of green apples and honey. Drinks almost like a Kabinett. It is sweet but acidity is high, piercingly high. So high, it feels a bit angular. Cuts through like a razor blade. Well chiseled wine.
